Thursday Speakers

Mark Willmarth is a trainer, facilitator and presenter in Great Falls, Montana.  He is the co-owner of Vision West Consulting with his wife, Mary.  He also works part time at the City of Great Falls as the Training & Development Coordinator.

Mark Willmarth has over 25 years of experience speaking to and working with groups in Montana and around the country.  He describes himself as a professional with a passion to help others discover their own potential.  Everything he does focuses around the concept  – “The more we understand and appreciate ourselves and others, the more success we will find in life.”   His enthusiasm for the topics he speaks on is evident in his engaging but easy going style.

Troy Hall, Ph.D

Global Expert & Speaker on Developing Practical Leaders

Dr. Troy Hall helps leaders take complex principles and turn them into Practical Leadership skills. He does this through “Real Talk” motivational speeches, workshops and videos. Troy’s purpose is to engage and empower business leaders to take action that leads to both personal and professional success.

From the U.S. to the U.K., from the Middle East to Africa and Asia, he has been honored to advise young professionals, as well as seasoned leaders, on how to best strengthen their Practical Leadership skills. Troy fully embraces the notion that the most successful leaders are approachable, genuine, and collaborative.

When not teaching others about Practical Leadership, he serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for South Carolina Federal Credit Union, as well as SCF Solutions, LLC. Troy’s favorite work is developing people and building strategies that support the growth initiatives for multi-billion dollar organizations.

Haris Azmi

As Chief Revenue Officer at SoGoSurvey, Haris Azmi is responsible for growing the business and bringing predictability to expected profit margins. In this role, Haris utilizes his wide range of experience to align Sales, Marketing, and Services teams with Product Development to define and deliver solutions and consulting services to prospects and customers. He leads a team that focuses on discovering high-impact revenue growth activities and pursuing them from conceptualization to execution.


In his prior role as Chief Marketing Officer at SoGoSurvey, Haris led and managed all aspects of the marketing organization, including strategy, budget, planning, operations, and execution. He created go-to-market plans to support the launch of new products, identified core verticals to target, enhanced SoGoSurvey’s brand, and created demand generation through a data driven marketing strategy.

Grace Thompson

Grace has over 20 years of Human Resources experience which includes coaching and guiding executives and non-management staff, while focusing on achieving peak performance through relationship management and accountability.  As the VP, Learning & Staff Development, Grace helps LGFCU’s staff develop their careers and be effective leaders.

Susan Allred

Susan joined the League in 2018 as the director of business solutions. In this role, she works with our credit union members to identify areas where League resources can provide solutions to their needs, while also managing business partner relationships and serving as a liaison between them and our members. Susan brings nearly 18 years of account management and business to business sales and service.
